The oil film cooling method of the rotors is to connect an oil pipeline at the inlet of the dry vacuum pump, and to take the heat of the rotor with uniformly dripping cooling oil. Water cooling generates heat by transporting and compressing gas, which is transferred from the rotor to the shell. The gap between the rotor of the dry vacuum pump, the end face of the rotary plate and the end cover is too small. The friction heating causes the friction of the rotary disc to extend or overheat and too tight, and the hardness of the rotary disc is too large, and the burrs are mutually rolled together, resulting in deep scratches on the ends, resulting in clamping.
